You can’t change the owner for one of your OKRs, except when you create a new objective using the Unlock:OKR tool. If you already created an OKR and missed creating it on behalf of someone else, you must delete the OKR and re-create it for its owner. But, in Team OKR, the leader, the departmental head, or the manager has the option to change the owner of an OKR.
