You can create two types of OKR:

• Individual OKRs: Individuals of an organization create this type of OKR. These individuals can assign the key result (KR) to other individuals as contributors to those KRs. Alternatively, other organization users can align themselves to one or more KRs of these individual OKRs as contributors.

• Team OKRs: Department heads or team leaders with the right to create a Team OKR can create this type of OKR. This type of OKR is visible only to the leader’s team members who have created the OKR.
