Agile Methodology or framework is an iterative approach to project management and software development that helps teams deliver faster value to their customers. OKR and the Agile Methodology or Framework work in unison to support teams in defining and aligning the features and products they build to the business purpose and outcomes. In addition, Agile is typically only used in specific teams within the organization. OKRs is meant to get ALL teams aligned and working in unison toward a common goal, so other teams do not feel left out and gain the agility that tech teams have.
