As understood by the term itself, an aligned contributor is a person who self-aligns himself to an objective of the team or individual in the organization. As you align yourself or become a contributor to your team or colleague’s objectives, you have the liberty to modify the objective and KR names, start and end dates, and target values. Remember alignment is a key to the OKRs concept. It is good to have your team members understand the set team OKRs and align and commit to achieving a target of the KR.
